Meet Our Pediatric Dentist

Born and raised an Iowa farm girl, Dr. Rebecca Wilson now considers herself a Texan at heart. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin with her BA in Biology. Her love of science and art inspired her to apply to dental school. From the very start of her training, she knew that she would want to help children. Dr.  Wilson completed her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Iowa College of Dentistry in 1998.
 
Dr. Wilson then continued her education by completing a two-year Pediatric Dental Residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio and is a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist. She is a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and the American Dental Association.
 
Dr. Wilson loves spending time with her teenage son and often enjoys hiking or walking with her dogs. She is excited about getting back to the country life near Victoria and having horses again, but this time in Texas!

Jessica enjoys seeing patients smile! As the lead assistant she is everyone’s “right hand man” by help keeping the office running and on track. Getting her Registered Dental Assistant certificate has given her the first step in achieving to be the best. She started practicing pediatric dentistry 19 years ago and never looked back. Her top priority is giving kids all of the TLC and special attention they need, and to have the best dental experience possible. Jessica says, “Caring for children is a passion. Knowing we’re helping kids & building relations is the best reward”

Jessica is certified in administering Nitrous, which allows her to make sure your child is safe and calm during treatment. She was born in San Antonio, grew up in Riviera, and then relocated to Victoria so her husband can continue ranching, and for her to focus on pediatrics and raising her children.

When she’s not helping patients she always enjoys family time at home, with her husband and their two boys. They love to go watch their youngest play sports, and visit their oldest in college.
